I had a rough 1-3 week last week ending with a terrible pick Saturday on Notre Dame. Hope to turn it around this week.

Battle of two very hot teams and I'll go with the home dog. The whole world is aware Phoenix has lost only once in about three weeks and has won six in a row. But few are aware of the Rockets' current hot streak. Houston has won six of its last seven and eight of its last ten. The Rockets have been killed with injuries all year but are making a decent move with Yao and McGrady playing well. This game is make or break for Houston's season.
1* Clippers -9 1/2
The Clips ended a brutal losing streak with an easy win over the Lakers Friday night. They have everybody back except Maggette and should have an easy time with the Bobcats, who are in the middle of a long western trip. The west is again much stronger than the east and this is a solid west team against a poor east team.
Opinion only: Sixers/Mavs OVER (Sixers have given up 100 or more eight games in a row)
