Jaxson..I assume you feel this line should be higher, but it is set here because NCSt. lost at Ga Tech last road game,(by 3) and Va Tech (Home) beat Ga Tech by one.I believe that is why the oddsmaker wants us to assume that this line should be low... plus the fact that Va Tech kept their last few games pretty damn close to the line.
My own gut feeling is stay away,or else tease one side with another play...this game should be close.
