Many times in the NBA, I bet without any intention of watching the game. NBA games are torture to watch. Teams getting 9 or 10 points are winning in the first half and then lose by 12. That's the way it goes. It helps me to distance myself from NBA bets; I just check final scores in the morning and take the emotion out of it. Its a frustrating sport to bet.

Well these are the teams i stay away from. Denver, minny, Lakers, Knicks, And houston (Houston as of late). Now it's not just because of the ATS overall, it's the inconsistency that these teams provide. You need a solid team that can be consistent ATS. I like to stay away from these teams.
