NBA basketball sucks. I watched my 2 games lose last night in the 4th quarter. I should know better than to watch the NBA before the 5 minute mark in the NBA, as it doesn't matter. How stupid can you be Mr. Garnett (as you can not say you are the KID anymore because you are 30 years old!) to be down by 2 and see Theo Ratliff get a rebound with 10 seconds left. He stands there and watches him pass to Steve Blake and then decides to foul him with .3 seconds remaining. Are you kidding me?
Watching college and NBA are like night and day for some of the following reasons:
1- There is crowd noise at a college game.
2- Open Jumpers are missed in college.
3- Foul Shots are made in college.
4- Refs actually call what they see in college.
5- College has a few fast break points.
6- Fatigue is a factor in college (Watch how many people stand around on the offensive side of the ball in the NBA as they watch a 1 or 2 man game).
I could go on and on but I won't.
Here are my plays for today:
NBA (33-27, +3.4 units)
Heat over 192
NO Hornets -4
NCAABB (22-29, -9.5 units)
Kansas St -3'
Towson St +5'
Washington -3'
UAB -9
Kentucky +7
Good luck and feel free to agree or disagree!
NCAAFB (29-20, +8)
Bowls (6-2, +3.8)
