Use these by your computer or make some up for yourself:

1) Do the percentages favor this play or am I taking it upon perception?

-This question asks if the bet has all the makings of a winner.

2) Does the play give me confidence that the other side will have to pull quite an upset to win this?

-This question makes me look at the opposing side - so I am not one-sided in my thinking.
Seen way to many times - that "I don't care who Bumkinville plays tonight - They win!"

3) What cycle are we in? Are dogs ruling or favs hitting. Is the Under coming in or the Overs. Are the cappers on site hitting or am I just wishing this play hits.

-This question aligns me with patterns and percentage plays or other plays that are presently going in a certain direction. (Hot / Cold Craps table concept)

4) Does the amount of money placed on this bet stay within my structure or am I reaching to gain back lost money or getting greedy and want more?

-This question allows me a chance to check inward -- "why this amount" and "what condition am I in."
