Talk about a Flukey Win

How is this for a lucky win?:
I had over Edmonton 6 1/2 goals(it wasn't a big bet).
Anyways, I was following the game on the computer, and I see Phoenix 3 Edmonton 2 with 3 seconds to play.
I said to myself "forget it."
Well, I checked my figure with the offshore on line, and it looked wrong(as I had figured I had lost the "over.").
I then saw they had the "over" graded as a winner;so I figured they erred in my favor.
Just to be sure, I checked the game, and I see Edmonton tied it at 19:59.
Then of course with the overtime and/or a possible shootout, that ensured an "over." Final score 4-3.
It is not often that I win a game like that;the other side of the coin is that someone hit a three pointer for Georgia Tech at the buzzer to cost me the second half under.
I am sure you all have similar tales for both good and bad.
ps I feel sorry for someone who had Phoenix and Under, as Edmonton also won in overtime.

i had 3 game parlay tonite, came down to sac. kings game, -1, they put it to OT. Kings up one point in OT by 6, anyway buzzer beater by Jalen Rose for Toronto cost me 900 bucks

I had Edmonton last night....and as much as I'm happy for you....on the over...I wish we would have both won.

Phoenix shoots the puck in from the THEIR blue line and cujo stops it...and instead of just keeping the puck in play and running out the clock, the fucker holds the puck for a faceoff with 2 seconds left.

Right off the face off Pronger slaps one thru the five hole and we go to OT.

THey won in a shootout.

I was off tilt after that....but i'm glad that some people won some money.

I had the over as well and had written it off as loss, last I checked there was 2 second left, ahh the wacky world of sports....although it didn't help much as the Sac. Kings and Washington wiped out any winnings for the night.

If you guys have the same luck as I do, it seems though that in spite of last night's lucky win, over the years, at least 2/3 of those buzzer beater types of games have gone AGAINST me.
Is there anyone out there who considers himself lucky and can honestly say that over the time he/she has been gambling that more times than not they WIN this type of game?
