  • A great night for basketball

    NBA YTD 27-16 +10.4 units
    2* 1-0 +2.0 units
    1* 26-16 +8.4 units

I'm now 17-4 my last 21 w/last nite's win with the Blazers. I love tonite's slate and even like the two opinions I've posted below but remain conservative and am firing only my best shots with rated plays.

    2* Nuggets -8
Only my second 2* of the year. Denver is hitting on all cylinders right now as everybody is healthy except Camby. Nuggets won a big one on the road in San Antonio yesterday afternoon (toughest home court in the league right now) for its fifth win in a row SU. Raptors may be shellshocked after Kobe's one man demolition last nite. This is Toronto's fifth road game in seven nites.

    1* Nets +1
Bizarro stat:the Nets are better on the road (10-10 SU) than the Jazz are at home (9-10 SU). New Jersey is playing very well while the Jazz is coming off two straight whippings. Utah is playing no defense right now, having given up over 100 in five of the last six games.

    Opinions only: Rockets, Rockets/Bucks OVER

good luck bud I like nugs 1st half, any opinions on why that would be a worse bet than for the game?

          Ticket,

Toronto is, as I stated, playing its fifth road game in seven nites and is on a back to back after losing in LA. They now play in Denver with its high altitude. I think the Raptors will wilt late. So, yes, I think the bet on the game is better than a halftime (although I never bet halftime plays and have no feel for them).
