                        Yankees -vs- Red Sox

A teacher asks her students if they're Yankees fans. All of the hands go up except for one student.
"Okay, Bobby. What team are you a fan of?"
                        "The Red Sox."
                        "Why's that?"
"Well, my parents are both Red Sox fans, so I'm a Red Sox fan too."
"That's not a good answer, Bobby. If your parents were both morons, would you be a moron too?"
"No, that would make me a Yankees fan!"

Fucken right...Red Sox Win and were not looking back
                        :angryfire

Red Sox get Schilling? They had him and let him get away just like they did Jeff Bagwell(the latter compliments of Lou Gorman).
On another note, I am trying to temper my enthusiasm as a lifelong Sox fan for obvious reasons, but today was great-beating the Rocket and not allowing him to get #300 against his former team;let him get it against the lowly Tigers.
8 straight losses as home for once powerful Yanks;maybe Georgie Porgie is a little bit concerned and that his international lineup of "stars" maybe not as good as he wanted with the likes of Chop Suey(only 3 homers on year and two hit in first week) and the Cuban defector, Contreras failing miserably.
No sympathy here that's for sure.
