  • SA/Dallas

There is some theory that the first game after a team loses a good player the rest of the team steps up and they usually cover (Dallas).

Does anyone have any stats on that?

Also if Dallas is playing smaller, they will be tossing up a lot of threes and SA will be getting easier looks inside----OVER.

    Submitted for your consideration

In December San Antonio defeated Dallas 111-104 while Dirk Nowitski was sidelined with a sprained ankle.

It stands to reason that without Dirk Dallas is a lot smaller, so they will be putting up a lot more outside shots, particularly 3-pointers.

The smaller lineup also helps the Spurs' in the paint offensively.

I'm not saying to bet on it, but it is worth noting.
