That was one game that should not have been that close!

Wild Game,Samford was down 10 with a minute left. Here's the recap:
Jerry Smith hit a 2-footer with 2.7 seconds as Samford came back from an 18-point first half deficit to beat Morehead State 65-64 Thursday night.The Eagles (1-14, 0-9 Ohio Valley Conference) led 62-52 with 1:30 remaining. The Bulldogs hit three 3-pointers during a 9-2 run to pull to within 64-63 with 17 seconds left.Morehead State's Quentin Pryor was fouled but missed the front end of the bonus shot, which set the stage for Smith's winning basket.Randall Gulina led Samford (11-5, 7-2 OVC) with 22 points. J. Robert Merritt added 20 points and Smith finished with 12.Morehead State, which lost its 14th straight game, was led by Pryor's 19 points. Shaun Williams had 18.Samford hit 11-of-32 3-pointers while Morehead State connected on 8-of-12.Morehead State jumped out to a 30-12 lead before Samford cut it to 32-22 at the half.Comment
