Deposits to sportsbooks and neteller

Every time I try using a credit card (4 different banks!) they get declined to either neteller (gaming) or sportsbooks (same.)
I don't want anybody to get my bank account info. I want to use my credit card. How in the world does anybody do this now with all of the restrictions?

I have 4 accounts and would like at least 3 more. Can anybody give me a hint? PM me if you wish.
