If so you are absoluetly right only 24 quarterbacks in the history of pro football have won a BIG game!!! and 9 of them have done it multiple times!!!

too bad Marino, Jaworski, Roethlisberger have never won a big game in your mind either!!!

BTW ... I'm pretty sure The Pats got jobbed last night.

It was a touchback ... but the refs didnt have the guts to reverse the call.

Have a great day , Bud

I just don't see a real reason to open a thread to say what he did and that goes for any team. They lost, they had a nice run! I gave Denver their due and it's ignorant to then see people post stuff like this. O.K. ... You hate the Pats, that's fine but they are a great organization in a salary cap league. I can respect teams i hate like the Yanks and it bugs me that supposed real sports fans can't do it too!

Just curious, I happen tho think every game is important!!!
No every game is because Home Field throughout is HUGE in this league! One loss in football is equal to 10 in MLB or 5 in the NHL & NBA!

The Pats should have had the ball at their 20 yd. line , instead of 1st and goal for Denver.

The whole game was in the balance.

It was a colossal blown call.

In the coming days maybe there will be some talk about what happened.

They havn't in my opinion! Marino will forever have that held over his head (NO SB's) but i do think he was one of the best to play the game.

I love big ben too but he certainly has not won a BIG game yet. He had his chance last year at home against N.E. and they could not pull off a Denver. This year they caught a break with Palmer going down and most were picking a favored Pitt. team on the road. Today .... Is a BIG game for ben! We will see how he does ... GO STEELERS!!!

I'm not cryin' but some of those calls against N.E. were bad and i mean not even close to borderline. The guys calling the game even agreed. You win some, you lose some!

I respectfully disagree, not to put Big Ben is a category tith TBrady but I believe Ben, Marino, Manning have won plenty of BIG games. Just because they didnt win the last game of the season, dont disregard all they did to get there!

Again only 24 QB's have won a SB and their are alot more than 24 QB in the history of the NFL that have won a BIG game or two...

I know you're not cryin ' I was the one who brought it up.

It was a blown call ... refs weren't sharp. At least one of them should have marked where the fumble landed on the fly, then drew a line. He had the ball in his right hand when the defender forced the fumble... that was the key.

Today would be the last game if they lose!

My point is every game is a BIG game and as long as you keep winning, regular season, post-season games, you get to keep playing in BIGGER games. To me at that level and the Collegiate level they all are important, so to say certain players havent won BIG games isnt fair in my estimation.
