10* Pacific (-2) vs. cal-irvine-------->now those that have been with me since my first days with bc know that i have probably played 'pacific' more than any other team.......obviously they are not quite as good this year as the past 2, but at an improving 11-5, this is for 1st place in their conference..........4 of 5 pacific losses have been legit with a home loss to pathetic cal-riverside as 20 point favorites thrown it...i think we can dismiss that.........on the otherhand, although cal-irvine is 3-0 in conference, they are 7-7 overall with a 5 game losing streak at earlier this month......if pacific has a challenge in this conference, it will have to come at cs fullerton, but they should win this one as we are guaranteed they will show up, something they have failed to do a few times earlier this year, probably b/c they were an ncaa tourney team last year that found itself a little disinterested early on
