Thanks Dime! Not trying to talk smack about Peyton, just stating facts. What "big" game has he ever won? College, Pro, or for that matter...What did he do in High School?

You guys make it sound like he loses these games by himself.

That wasnt a playoff game, state championship, or huge college game. He is good! But when he throws 4 to 5 picks in big games, the rest of the team wasnt tipping the ball to the other team...nothing about peyton and he may play the game of his life, but from an odds stand point...just think we have a lot better odds that he will repeat his playoff performance of past!

No disrespect to the Steelers, but what big game have any of them won? Yea I know they made the AFC Championship game last year, but they lost in that "big game". I don't think the Colts really consider this a "big game". They have bigger and better things on their minds. Other than that, Cowher chokes, and so do the rest of the Steelers. They are always in the playoffs yet they make the Super Bowl once in the last 20 years and have no Super Bowl wins since when, 1970's?

I just think if you use the Peyton hasn't won a big game theory you're going to lose. You can say that about Big Ben and every other Steeler,as well. The Colts have the better team, they are playing at home, they had a week off to rest, the winner of the game will most likely cover (happens in 80% of games)...So many reasons to play the Colts, so few to play the Steelers.

You are clueless. Pinning the blame solely on Manning for losing the last two years to NE in the playoffs is rediculous.

Manning had better stats in last year's game than Brady. The difference in that game was NE ran for 210 yards.

Get your fact straight before you post useless BS

Wonderbread and cheech...you guys are taking this all wrong! I am not saying peyton is a bad qb or anything to that sort. All I am saying is taht it seems from a betting perspective that all those points and Pittsburgh would be the smart play...better odds!
Cheech...talking about facts: Fact is whether it is Peyton's fault or not, his team either chokes or just has very bad luck in big games! Look at his history as a player, not just NFL. And it very well may be just bad luck, but bottom line is giving his history, the fact is: Pitt and points are better odds than Manning minus the points!

Hom many times in college did his team have more tallent than the other, but choked or bad luck caused them to lose?

I love how people put all the blame on Manning as if he's the only player to take the field. His team lost to a better team the past two years. You need to put more blame on the Indy receivers. They've allowed the NE d'backs to jam them on the line of scrimmage. The 5 yard chuck rule is bc NE dbacks made contact with receivers all over the field. They can't do that anymore. Aside from injuries that's the primary reason the Patriots dbacks have struggled this season.

I'm not a Colts or Manning fan. I have no idea. I didn't follow him or his team while in college.

The guy is an amazing QB. To state he has choked in the NFL is a moronic statement. His Indy teams were far inferior to NE the past few seasons.

Cheech...you have great points...like I said it might just be bad luck. I feel I have better odds with pitt + rather than Indy -. My gf and everyone around here are huge Peyton and Indy fans....so much for the Titans being Tennessee's team...I believe, atleast close to Knoxville, it is Indy!

Don't forget to also mention that Manning's Coach lost to the much Superior coach

Cheech...he is the best qb to ever play in my opinion - as a total package anyway. He is incredibly smart! Marino was a good qb too, but he just had bad luck also! LOL!
