Spear Thurs Plays
Enjoying an 18-5 run but was tainted by a 2-3 evening.
Looked at this one and felt comfortable with it- will be back later this afternoon.
1) Va Commonwealth -9
Play Against - Underdogs of 3.5 to 9.5 points (JAMES MADISON) average offensive team (67-74 PPG) against a poor offensive team (63-67 PPG), after allowing 75 points or more 2 straight games
46-18 since 1997. ( 71.9% )
Despite a loss of center to red-shirt status (injury- back spasms) Va Commonwealth should roll easily in this game at James Madison. All five players for VCU are quality players and JMU has a couple players out due to suspension. VCU should jump early on JMU and use its defense for turnovers and a nice run to start the second half.
