  • The reason you never make bets when the kids are around

I had Duke ML and Phoenix ML to finish out a parlay, so I decided to play a couple others to guarantee some money coming in. I took care of Wake +8/Columbus -.5 and Wake +8/Phoenix -.5---but with the kids fussing I forgot to take care of Columbus -.5/Duke -7.5. Right now Duke is up 17 with 12 minutes left and Columbus is up 4-2 after 2. This brain fart is on top of the dubious decision not to hedge my NYG parlay. I am officially taking off a few days because I am a moron

My son made a graph at school last year for math class....a win and loss coloum along with a section at the bottem for the vig. Try explaining that to a teacher. At his football game this year he was trying to put a line on his games against other teams. When he lost a game he told the other coach it was ok...we covered the spread.

Thats Is Some Funny Stuff- CELTS, TWO TON, AND MANGO
I Can Say I Feel Like A Moron For Putting Hours In Trying To Come Up With All Facts And Trends And Info On The Playoff Games. Didn't Even Care For Some Of The Teams I Was Playing. I Think I Ended 1-4 In Playoffs. My Wife Is Pissed At My Time On The Computer And If It Wasn't For Capping Hoops And Going 4-1 Overall- I Would Be Chasing Cars- Cuz I Am Not Staying In A Dog House In This Weather.

About your son ...That's the best !!!!

You should post that in a separate thread.

Someday maybe he'll write his term paper on " The Art of Middling "

All true. My wife wanted to kill me. They called a holding penalty against him, and at this age the ref's explain what the kids did wrong. He told the ref he was on the take.

mangomutt thats a great story man---Ive had people tell me that my son will be running book (which I should do---Id make more money, and still have teams to root for lol) Here's a good one for you---one of my friends son at 3 years old had learned the signs for hit and hold for blackjack from his brothers, and when he saw one of those scrolling wall signs at the golf course we play at---he thought it was a quick draw board lolol
