The more the season goes along, the more system plays will be issued, but I hope they start hitting at a better rate:D

System Play for this afternoon: Philladelphis Phillies -40

PADILLA is 2-0 when starting against NY METS with an ERA of 2.82 and a WHIP of 0.985.
His team's record is 3-0 (+3.0 units) in these starts.

Phillies are 12-8 in their last 20 games in New York (+4.7) units including last nights 9th inning loss

Astacio is unbeaten at home 2-0, but with all the injuries for the Mets, the Phillies have much more fire power and will bounce back from last's nights loss

Padilla has pitched very well on the road and just has not gotten the support. He has a WHIP 1.06 on the road with a 1-3 record. hard to win when you get no run support. I look for the support to be there this afternoon

I know at one point the Marlins first baseman Derek Lee paused and looked at the crowd for like 20 seconds in disbelief

he must of been saying,


"THERE ARE OVER 2 MILLION PEOPLE IN MONTREAL, WHERE THE FUCK ARE THEY"

people have to understand that baseball wont work in Montreal, people are too busy shopping , partying, getting drunk , and having sex, this city is the real SIN CITY

System Play #2 – Toronto Blue Jays +45

Roy Halladay is 3-1 on the road this season with a WHIP of 1.2. Toronto has been a money maker in New York over the past couple of years as they have a losing record but are up units overall.
Toronto is 19-28 in New York (+5.9) units in their last 47 games, as well as 9-14 in New York(+0.6) units in their last 25. The key is to pick your spot when these Jays visit the Big Apple, and there is no better spot than going with the teams ace pitcher in Halladay.

Halladay is 3-3 when starting against the Yankees with an ERA of 3.98 including an opening day loss to Roger Clemens.

Toronto is hitting lefties very well this year 0.289 and hitting 0.282 on the road overall

The task will be great, but I think the Jays will get the job done tonight





System Play #3 – Atlanta Braves –50

Atlanta is 17-8 (+5.3) units in their last 25 games in Cincinatti including going 5-3 in their last 8 (+1.0) units

Reynolds is 3-3 when starting against Cincy in his career with an ERA of 4.11 and a WHIP of 1.4
Dempster is 1-7 when starting against Atlanta with an ERA of 4.94 and a WHIP of 1.6

Braves are 17-8 on the road and hitting .277 against righties this season. Reds are 15-9 at home and hitting .256 against righties this season

Look for Braves to salvage one in this series

St. Louis has absolutely crushed left handed pitching this year going 4-1 for the season and hitting a team combined .326 for the season

Brett Tomko is 2-1 on the road this season and in his last 3 starts has an impressive ERA of 2.86 with a WHIP of 1.45

Jeriome Robertson has an ugly ERA of 6.55 at home and in his last 3 starts his ERA is 8.36 with an 0-1 record. He has a 1-3 record on the season

Tomko is 3-2 career against the stros with an ERA of 4.81
Robertson is 0-0 lifetime against the Cards with an ERA of 9.82


I am looking for the Cardinal Big Bats to get all over Robertson and early
