After 5 straight losses ATS, the bulls come home and are playing on 3 days rest at a point in the season where they MUST win! 12-16 is just not where the bulls expected to be... Add that pheonix is playing back to back.... Add that 90% of the public is on pheonix.... Add that this line is a trap at -3 and could easily be 5-6 and all the action would still be on pheonix and I think chicago is the play here.
