South Florida clearly has the worst QB in Division I

This guy just plain sucks. And his coach is the most overrated coach in Division I as well. These guys do not belong in a bowl. Another reason why some bowls should be eliminated. Still can't figure out what USF did to beat Louisville so badly. Wonder if it was legal?!!
