The line has dropped all the way 3 1/2 but I posted this play better than a week and a half ago at the above line as I anticipated this type of movement. NC State has played poorly against "lesser" teams all year and probably won't be motivated despite playing rather close to home at Charlotte. South Florida is thrilled to be in a bowl. NC State has played below its potential all year and laying an egg in a bowl game would be a fitting end to a disappointing year.
