I'd Like To Make It GOY-But

This is my 2nd post for the year. I took Colorado and the under the other day. I like what I read on the board from many others, who in most cases pick winner after winner.

I strongly feel that I have a game on Saturday that will come through for those who play the game. I would love to call it my "game of year," but I feel like I would jinx myself if I did just that.

The game is between the NY Giants and Oakland Raiders. Many strong trends with positives point to the Giants, and many strong trends with negatives point to the Raiders. The NY Giants will put a hurting on Oakland even without their tight end. Collins, the QB for Oakland is probably out this evening chasing after Johnnie Walker Black.

The Giants, who've shown all year that they are a GOOD team, will win, and become NFC East Champion. The Raiders are a BAD team, and with their many negative trends the game should be over some time in the third quarter. Even though the Giants are not known for producing high scoring games, I feel that the odds maker know that the percentage for the Giants to blow out Oakland is extremely high.

I also loved the Giants at first, but now I'm a little scared. Shockey is out, Pierce is out and the whole linebacking crew is in shambles and their corners are brutal. I only liked them because they have a chance at the Division and HF. But 8 points?? Yes, Oakland sucks but they have the WRs to beat this Giants team. Usi and Strahan MUST pressure Collins, if they can't, he will pick apart that secondary no matter how brutal he has been playing in recent weeks. That is the Giants weakness right now, an injury riddled LB crew and a very poor secondary. The Giants will move the ball easily and score I feel but can they cover the 8?? I thought so but now not too sure. I hope you are right and it comes through for you.

Don't the Giants suck on the road? 8-1 ATS (looked weird to me too, but then I remembered the Saints "road" game was at the Meadowlands) and 2-4 on the road, and one of those was early AT SF.

since 1977 the raiders are 0-91-1 ATS when they have lost at home, so if you take the raiders, make it the moneyline, but if you do that, you might as well light your $ on fire. good luck!!!
