And why would you say that?? LSU if you remember was the last national title winner not named USC.. And losing to the #10 team in the country... What is so embarrasing about that??? Miami didnt show up tonight and LSU came ready to play and IMO they have their best QB on their team playing tonight..

If you are wearing a Miami uniform and you are not embarrased then you shouldn't be on the team. Did you watch the game? Their defense has played half ass the whole game. Not that it mattered but they had a chance to recover that fumble a minute ago and instead of making sure you recover it the guy bobbles it and LSU keeps position. Little things like that shows your head is not in the game. You have one of your receivers showing up your QB on more then one occasion. Was Miami not favored in this game? Who cares what LSU did 3 years ago? They just made that defense look like swiss cheese with their back up QB!

IMO that backup QB as you call him is tons better than their starter.. He has better accuracy,runs the ball better,reads the D's better.. The only reason he didnt start this season is because Russell knew the system better than him

What do you mean "as I call him" he WAS the backup. I didn't make it up. But i agree he is going to be a good one.

Yes, Miami was overrated coming into this game clearly, but they obviously aren't nearly as bad as they played tonight. I also think they will be a team to contend next year.

However, C'Mon TMac. I understand where you are coming from, and you make some valid points, but you lose all credibility asking what Miami had to be embarrassed about. 40-3 is pretty embarrassing even if they were playing USC, let alone a team in LSU that my Bulldogs dominated a few weeks back.

Russell being a senior helped more than anything (loyalty) factor
