I haven't seen this much weird stuff on a game in a long time, especially on 2 unknowns. I will lay out the scenario and you judge for yourself:
Idaho St 3-0 ATS in only 3 lined games
Binghamton - no games lined.
A lot of guys here on Idaho St, and on another site, I saw 20 of the top 25 ranked guys on Idaho St....and most of them were 3-0 in playing previous Idaho St. games.
I play Idaho St -4
I check back minutes later at Pinnacle and the line dropped to -2.5. That is a big move I would think in minutes and I wonder who the hell knows enough about a bad Binghamton team to drop enough on them to move the line?
I checked every stat and matchup I could find....Binghamton is just awful, even more so on the road - there is not one case I can make for them.
Of course, Binghamton comes out and blows Idaho St. out...leading big from tip to finish.
Idaho St.'s best player, Millien has 7 points (usual avg of 17) and only plays 26 out of 40 minutes. Also, not very often the road team gets more foul shots, and why in the hell was this evn lined (for the first time) on a team going cross country from NY to Idaho?
To sucker in all bets on Idaho St.
Was this Binghamton player smart enough to drop a ton a bad team on the road or did he know something?
For the record - I'm not bitching about a bad beat, because I hedged my bet immediately after I saw that line move. I just know a lot of people got torched on that.
