The bigger question in my opinion is, if the Big 12 isn't a strong conference, what does that make the Pac 10? The Big 12 is about to go to 4-0 ATS in bowl games as opposed to Pac 10's 0-3, and the second/third best team in the Big 12 is manhandling the second best team in the Pac 10.
