Im wondering the same thing. I have score updates on my phone, and it was 100-99 with 24 seconds, then was the same with 17 seconds for about 2 minutes. I am guessing Memphis missed their FT's, and Kobe missed the last shot. I could be wrong though

Here's what happened. Memphis only had 1.7 seconds left to get teh ball past halfcourt. WHen they inbounded from the side, they threw the ball into Gasol who was about to foul out of bounds so he threw the ball up in the air and Mihm stole the pass. Kobe drove down court, missed a shot. Mihm got the offensive rebound, and missed another shot, and by that time, the clock was at 0:00.
