Will somebody please tell me if there is any veteran capper here who has lost big games by a wider margin than i have in my college basketball games this year??

the good news is that i guess it is better than those painful last second losses

also, i see that one of the dudes blasted me in my thread.......truthfully, for picks like that, i think it is well deserved........i know that around here, we are supposed to be encouraging each other, but this is ridiculous, and maybe some negative talk will improve these picks

i truly am sorry, but what the hell can i do?? it is hard to deal with

Hey dog, it was my rude voice in your thread and I apologize. I'd much rather been thanking you and I was steaming because I followed you. You know- you invest, you check-in, and when you're down 20 in the first half it sucks. I had the same high hopes as you but that's how it goes sometimes. Shorty---I had one of my top 10* plays in Baskets that was a 12 pt favorite, and the got stomped by 23....thats a 35 point turn around in BasketBall....

Sure I feel bad, but what the hell, I can't play the damn game, I can only handicap em as I always have....

Some you win, some you lose.....Does it bother me---you betcha---will it slow me down---hell no....

I put em out there, as I see em, others can fade, ride along, stay off of, criticize, ridicule, encourage, support, whatever turns em on....

We're all adults here (well, supposed to be), and no one is forced to do any of the above....

You keep your plays coming........There are too many here, Including myself, that look forward to your picks....

I would much rather lose Big and early than lose close at the end thinking that I had hope and suffer a let down. At least if u are losing big you can let it set in rather than getting hit by a MAC truck by a missed XP or late pts off turnover or last minute 3 pter that means nothing but to ruin the spread/OU

shorty, dont post much but plan on starting to more. As meaiken said i would much rather get blown out so the thought of a lose will sink in. nothing pisses me off more than losing by the dreaded hook, missed PAT (last night), or missed free throw. we've all been there, it will turn around.
