Here's the funniest thing........NONE of you know what you're talking about.....to say that the Pats or Colts have will not win the superbowl is the dumbest thing I have ever heard........everyone is entitled to their opinion..... and you guys saying they WON'T win, thats just dumb. ....... i know everyone is entitled to their opinion but none of these posts made any sense.................
several times you say every one is entitled to their opinion....that is what they gave you (us) in a much more professional manner than this one sided, name calling, childish write up you just did....
They smoothly gave you their opinion, and you rebutt as If just your opinion is smart, every one's against yours is "DUMB"....
Must be nice to love yourself that much, where as just your opinion carries weight, and all elses are "Dumb"...
In the future you can try using a lil more tact, and you won't get the reputation of yet "another egotist" is on this site....We've got enough of em, don't need any more...
Just a suggestion to ya----and the 1985 Bears Defense was, and till this day is, one of, if not the best ever.....
You may be a bit too young to remember that, or to bias to care....IMO...w/ no sarcasm or calling names....
Enjoy your self here, tone down your sarcasm, and you'll get along a lot better....

Yeah I said that saying the Colts and Pats won't win the superbowl was just plain dumb, because it is.....I never said everyone's opinion on anything else was dumb, obviously everyone will disagree on who they think will win, and nobody does know who will win.....but you just can't say those teams won't...as far as loving myself too much, thats hilarious.....I don't know how you get that out of what I said, I am just a huge Baltimore fan, and people will always be biased towards their home team...that doesn't mean i love myself too much, yeah I was only a kid for the Bears run in 85, but I do know that they had a great offense, which helps out a lot, the Ravens had Tony Banks and Trent Dilfer as their starting qbs that year, their leading receiver was a tight end, their wide recieving core was a bunch of #3 receivers led by Brandon Stokley, and Jamal Lewis was the RB as a rookie starter, now for a team not to score a TD for over month and still come back and win a superbowl is incredible....I mean they completely shut down an Oakland Raiders offense that was awesome that year in Oakland for the AFC Championship and then blanked a Jim Fassel offense in the super bowl that just scored over 40 in the NFC Championship, their lone TD in that game was a kickoff return, now granted skill wise the Bears D was probably as good, but the Ravens D won with about 0 offense which is incredible to win 2 playoff games on the road and shutting out 2 great offenses with the Titans and Raiders, so I mean yeah I'm biased, but you gotta look at what they did..........
also, i know that everyone hates Baltimore teams so much, and its hilarious when I say stuff about them on national message boards, and just read what people have to say back.....for some reason people just hate this town, and for what reason I have no idea, i.e. the NFL, all we wanted was the Colts name back when the team left Baltimore, but they just said no.....then all we wanted after that was our own franchise, and we were in the hunt for it in the early 90's but they chose Carolina and had a tie between us and Jacksonville, so after an extra month of deliberating they chose Jacksonville........JACKSONVILLE, are you freakin' kidding me????.....Florida already had 2 teams, we had 0, in which a town that is diehard about their teams, and was still heartbroken about the Colts leaving in the middle of the night, but they didn't care, and good old Jacksonville has sold out a grand total of 2 games in their existance.......good choice Taglibue, so finally Modell is unhappy in Cleveland and moves the team here, and everyone in the world was crying for Cleveland, ohhhh poor Cleveland, they got to keep the name, and got a new franchise in just a couple of years, now tell me how in the world that was fair.....and recently Indianapolis tried to sell license plates with old Colts on them like ****** U. to raise money for a new stadium, that was classless and ignorant.......****** U. and the old Colts owe that city nothing, they belong to the city of Baltimore, and oh yeah, we'd like our trophies back too.......

You say my opinion is NOT dump however you state I'm DUMB because I don't think the Pats will win the Superbowl. Not only will they not win the superbowl they won't make it to the superbowl.
Everything you say is contradictory. How can you name two teams to win the Superbowl and yet call others dumb? Every playoff team has a chance to win the superbowl.

How can you make a broad statement that "everyone hates Baltimore"? I don't hate Baltimore. I could care less about Baltimore. I'm not a Ravens fans. On Sunday I was rooting for the Ravens.
Jacksonville has sold out a grand total of 2 games in their existance
Where do you get your info? 10+ years in the league they've only sold out twice? I think not. Don't post unsubstantiated BS. I live in the Jacksonville market. In the 9 years I've lived in Florida they are on TV almost every week. There was a game or two the past few season where they didn't sell out and weren't on TV.
The Jags went to the conference championship game their 2nd year in the league. Because of their early success they had a HUGE fan base. Unfotunately, those fans were spoiled with success to soon. Once the Jags became a bad team some fans quickly jumped off the bandwagon.
Unless CBS is making things up, they said on air during the Jags-Colts game, Dick Enberg said "this is just the 2nd time in franchise history that a game was sold out"........so I'm not just making that up......and I didn't mean to say "everyone" hate us, its just looked down upon by many people.....I also remember earlier this year, whent the Ravens went to Jacksonville, depsite having a losing team, thousands of Ravens fan were in attendance, and very loud........especially during the national anthem when everyone screamed the famous O.....but be realistic, the NFL screwed us over, there's no denying that, they refused to give us our name or a team back, and the Browns got everything as fast as the team left....they wouldn't even let us use the Colts name for our CFL team, what a joke that was.......
one thing as a loyal bengals fan who's in ectasy for us finally getting back to the playoffs is: do NOT PICK CINCY. watching us the last few weeks, we are still a few defensive players from contention, and although our offense is set, the other team (besides jacksonville) has enough offense to outscore us, so I'll be watching our first playoff game in nearly half my life and seeing us get bounced early.
I predict new england and carolina super bowl rematch.
This is probably obvious, but I view the NFL Playoffs something like the NCAA Basketball Tournamant.
Unlike baseball, the NBA, NHL, where a team has 3 of 5 or 4 of 7 to prove it is the best team during the playoffs, here it is one out of one.
This means for example if the quaterback has a bad day, there is a key fumble, a bad call by the officials, which could turn the game around, etc., a very good team could lose, and there is no tomorrow.
Granted the "creme should rise to the top," but over the years there have been numerous instances in the NCAA Basketball Tournament and in the NFL where very good and highly rated teams did not get out of the first few round AND where "surprise" teams went much further for the very reason that they defeated some of these good teams in the one game scenario(even though if the teams in question played say five games, the better team would probably win).
Conversely, there have been many instances where a team in baseball, the NBA or NHL lost the first game of a playoff series and then went on the win the series and in many instances the championship.
