It all goes back to the UCF QB literally fumbling after a fake pass (Pump), drew his arm back again, and never got the ball going forward....Nev recovers, they declare an incomplete pass....No "Booth Review"........Pitiful

Nev going for TD, throws pass, receiver catches it, then gets tackled and ground causes fumble....Announcers talking about was it complete...Damn right it was, he takes 2 steps, then gets thrown back, ground causese fumble---they declare it incomplete, when in essence--it's a complete pass, ball dead, NEV first down, different scenario...
