Just did my longest analysis on this board and when I went to post it, my time must of ran out and it logged me out so I was not able to post. That really pisses me off.

Anyway, I like BYU+8.

Reasons, briefly:

BYU has fared well against good running teams, while Cal has lost all when facing good Run D's, besides UCLA who is last in Run D, and they still lost to them.

All of Cal's losses came against good pass offenses. BYU is #8.

Intangible: Think BYU is happy to be here, Cal not.

Turnover margain: BYU #40, Cal #90. Never underestimate this stat.

For those reasons, I say: Go Mormons, Beat those bears.

Not quite the 4 point game that I thought it would be but 7 points was close enough.

By the way do you have any opinion on the second half.
Looks like Navy is running on CSU pretty easily right now and looking to go up by 17. Think they run more and try to run clock out, but I know that CSU can score quickly when they want to.

to be honest I really still like the under-think navy play ball control and keeps the clock moving-not sure about the side-think col st will win 2nd half-depends on line

Lets get together on the second half Blake. Total not looking good for game right now, but you never know.

I also see Navy running the clock out, but if CSU cannot stop them then their will be more scoring. Bottom line, do we think QB Holland can drive CSU down field in second half to score or not. That will be the difference.

Holland drives CSU: CSU and the over.

Navy stops Holland: Navy and the under.
