What is the rule with bowl games

1) I noticed the clock running after the 3rd and 4,
which Palmer threw incomplete.

2) I just saw the long Toledo completion go out of bounds
at the 15 yard line. The clock started before the snap
of the next play.

Obviously, I got the OVER big time !!

What the HELL is the rule ?

What the FUCK NOW. The TD was scored with
9:49 left in the quarter.

The kick off showed 9:46 before the kick.

Those Mothers have the UNDER locked in.

Never worry - Until at least the last few minutes. I notice the clock alot when I play totals- its amazing what goes on and no one says a thing.

With or without the few seconds, they did score 41 points - over looks good... At least I hope - toledo just missed wide open TD. Fuck!
