Heat/Hawks OVER 197.5
Sups/Suns OVER 212
For being the “low”rider, I sure have been playing a lot of overs recently. Luckily, my name has nothing to do with my wagering style.
Sups continue to go over as they and the Wizards totaled 212 last night. The Sonics shot 52.4% from behind the arc last night to lead them to victory. Tonight the line is again set ridiculously high. The Suns have been an “under” team this year, and their current string of injuries haven’t helped them any. I really dislike the over on this game (I don’t think the Sups will keep shooting 50% from three point land), but as my record proves I’m only right about 50% of the time, so I’m fading myself and playing the over. The Sups still don’t play defense and the Suns will have fresher legs after two days off.
The Heat have been playing well since the return of Shaq and Riley. The young Hawks have found their shooting and been on a scoring tear over the past five games. Over the past five games both teams have been giving up over 100 pts a game and scoring over 104. Hopefully, the trend will continue tonight.
