  • Friday baseball..........

Another winning day on Thursday, 2-1 (+6 units). Lets keep on rolling! These are the two games that I have targeted for tonight...........

5 STAR: ST. LOUIS (WILLIAMS)(-$136) OVER Chicago (Clement)

I really like the Cardinals in this match up today. Last week the Cardinals hammered Clement in a game that was called due to rain, but I look for them to get to him again in this game. Clement has not had much success against St. Louis in the past, his team is 1-4 in his last five starts against the Cardinals. St. Louis has dominated this series at home, where they are 13-3 against the Cubs over the last three seasons and 32-8 since 1997. Chicago is also 1-5 after a win by two runs or less this season. Cardinals pitcher Woody Williams is 10-2 versus teams whose hitters strike out seven or more times per game over the last 3 seasons and he is 29-12 when pitching at night over the last three seasons. Also, Friday's have not been a good day for Matt Clement, he is 1-7 on the road when starting on a Friday since 1997. Look for the Cubs winning streak to end here.

3 STAR: MINNESOTA (RADKE)(-$125) OVER Chicago (Buehrle)

The White Sox are only 24-55 in road games when playing against a team with a winning record over the last 3 seasons. Mark Buehrle has not pitched well as of late and the White Sox have not scored many runs when he has pitched. Chicago is averaging 1.6 runs in Buehrle's last five starts, all of them losses. Minnesota is 35-15 versus a starting pitcher whose gives up 7 or more hits per start over the last 3 seasons. The Twins are 15-3 in home games after a loss to a division rival as a favorite over the last 3 seasons. Brad Radke is 10-1 in May games over the last three seasons and he is 10-1 versus American League teams scoring 4.2 or less runs per game on the season since 1997. The Twins have dominated this series at home, winning 14 of the last 19 meetings. I look for that to continue in this game.

    MLB RECORD

    5 STAR RECORD 31-15 (+25.90 UNITS)
    3 STAR RECORD 45-48 (-6.84 UNITS)
    2 STAR RECORD 32-28 (+16.01 UNITS)
    1 STAR RECORD 15-17 (+0.32 UNITS)

    OVERALL RECORD 123-108 (+35.39 UNITS)
    A $100 player would be up $3539.00 :D

    Good luck,

      my cook

      opened up an offshore account

he plays all of your 5 Stars, waynes parlays and my big plays

he bets $10 a game and when he wins, he goes crazy and is so happy that he works harder

so please keep those winners coming or his productivity will go down:confused:

he sent $300 in his account and already brought it up to $450

      wow 50% in 2 weeks

imagine we can do that every 2 weeks, win 50% on our bank roll:D

That would be great. He sounds like a buddy of mine that bets $20 a game in the NFL. Goes crazy when he wins. Last season I told him he had to step up to the plate, take $100 and bet it on one game, with the promise that if he won, he would take his original $100 out and roll over the $100 that he made until I told him to stop. This was in the last week of the regular season. So, he won the first game, then I made him roll if over on everyone of my playoff picks. I went 10-0 in the playoffs, I mean my buddy was begging me to let him pull out the money about half way through, but I told him, " a deal is a deal, its not your money anyway, its the houses money". so when the Superbowl came around, this guy that ususally bets $20 a game has about 6 dimes on Tampa Bay, and to make things worse he liked Oakland, but the deal was he had to ride my plays, needless to say he almost shit himself when they handed him abot $12,000!!! Now I'm afraid I created a monster, he might start betting more that me this season! LOL

            Just a comment......

I know that there are an awful alot of players that bet big sums of money and thats fine if you have that kind of cash but there are alot of people like the cook and myself that play 20 or 25 dollars per bet. I enjoy winning, i don't win a hell of alot but I'm never going to need to go for a loan to payoff the bookie either. I just want to tell you guys that I appreciate all of your work that you put into getting these plays out to us small timers. I look forward to ez winners, b nut, waynes and 1 or 2 others picks and reasonings that you guys put out. Thanks and keep up those winners coming. :D
You can't get there from here..........

              nothing wrong with small amount

its just so funny to see my cook's reaction - its like he won th elottery

I agree with you, you will never need to take a bank loan or be late paying the bookie

some sharpshooters laugh at me cause i dont bet as much as them

the kwy is that we all have our different bankrolls and the key is to try to help eachother out

I hope nobody got offended that i laughed at my cook, it was just funny

when i get married next year i promised my girlfriend that i would bet

              small plays - 100
              medium plays - 300
              big plays - 500 to a dime

BN-I can't see you keeping that promise to your girlfriend any more than I can see Barry Bonds finishing out his career on a class D Minor League baseball team.

BN-Seriously, will you derive the same pleasure our of winning smaller amounts(certainly not what you would call small from the average bettor's thinking) after betting many games in the 5-10K range? Believe me I sure hope you can;I wonder what will happen say you go on a losing streak say with bets from $100-$1000 and you are down.
Now don't you think to get the money back you might be tempted at least to make a larger bet since you have been there so to speak?
On the other hand if you go on a great winning streak with these smaller bets, don't you think that at least the temptation might be there to step up the bets at that point?
I'm am just raising these points to think about;sure hope you succeed and obviously the most important thing is to keep your lady happy and have a great marriage.

i guess we'll have to see

but i already cut my bets from the past month

i think i will be able, but we'll have to see i guess

the key is that hopefully this room can keep up the great work

Agreed and most importantly there is no other chatboard that comes close to this one with so many great cappers(and a leech like me) who can give out so many winners day after day.
You and those other cappers mentioned could easily charge for your picks and put 95% of the real paid cappers to shame.
                        Keep it up.

                          Hey ez-winners?

I don't know what's attracting me to team totals, but do you like the Cards to go over 4....I feel pretty good about it, The Reds over 5 looks kind-of good too, especially w/ Franklin struggling.

i know as a fact the good cappers in here are BETTER than the paid cappers

bettors have a mis-conception that if you pay for plays, they are better than if you get your plays for free

we have guys in here that win on a consistent basis month in and month out

remember what *** and myself always say - - this is a marathon
we might have a bad night, a bad week, but we always seem to come back stronger

we have good cappers in every sport, we all work hard at it, we spend hours analysing, coming up with systems, and trying to help the guys in here with some good selections

we are fortunate that this room is getting stronger and we all have the same goal and we are always happy when somebody in this room wins money

the people who take our plays in here - - respect us cause we put our balls and guts on the line with our plays - - and they know that we have OUR money on those games as well

if I give out a system play, the people know that i have a lot of money on it

yesterday Wayne issued a double play on the Phils, we all knew he had double his wager on it, so I jumped in cause i respect his ability and if he feels good about that game, then i feel good about that game

                            lets have a big weekend:D
