Here's the deal - looks like Arenas is going to play but limited. He's probably going to start on Kobe but will move to the PG. He cannot go 100% the whole game and the Wiz does not really care about this first game on the road trip, they would rather Gilbert gets a little workout and then rests until their next game Sunday at Portland which should be a walk in the park also.
