what's up with this line?

I know IL is no where close to the same team, but they are still 10th in the country. Also, Oregon and IL share a common opponent this early in the saeson both playing G'Town at home. IL won by around 10 and Oregon lost by around 10.

I don't follow college basketball close. Any of you guys that follow it closely have any explanations for this line?

All I Know Is That Oregon Has A Great Home Record( 8-0) Against Ranked Opponents.. But Ill Beat Georgetown By 10 And Oregon Lost To Georgetown By 14(like Opponents) As Far As I Can Tell There Are No Injuries. Should Be At Least A 10 Point Win!!
