Ace Parker is indeed another one...

                              That gives us
                              Halas
                              Thorpe
                              Clarence "Ace" Parker

who is the 4th???????????????????????????...he once scored 40 pts in one game against the Chicago Bears....In 1926 he played 1714 minutes of a possible 1740 minutes....and we think Favre is tough...in the 1925 Rose Bowl he carried 34 times for 114 yards against ND and the famed 4 Horsemen, but what makes this amazing, he had just had 2 casts removed, for 2 broken ankles, just 10 days prior to the game...

Enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1963....Played BaseBall for the St Louis Browns as a pitcher....6-2 w/ a 4.64 ERA and a 300 BA....In 1962 Sports Illustrated named him the "Great College Football player" of all time...
