Found more stuff on the Wash St play tonight that makes me feel better so here it is........

Gonzaga has taken 6-of-7 in this series but is just 2-5 ATS. Last year the Zags won at Pullman 54-52 but did not cover a 6.5-point spot. Numerous angles support the play on the Cougars including 1) Play Against - Favorites of 10 to 19.5 points (GONZAGA) - an explosive offensive team (>=78 PPG) against an average offensive team (67-74 PPG), after allowing 80 points or more 2 straight games. (45-15 since 1997.) 2) Play On - Underdogs of 10 or more points (WASHINGTON ST) - slow-down team averaging 53 or less shots/game on the season against opponent after a game where a team made 20% of their 3 point shots or worse. (87-46 since 1997.) and 3) Play On - Any team (WASHINGTON ST) - after allowing 60 points or less 2 straight games against opponent after scoring 80 points or more 2 straight games. (117-65 over the last 5 seasons.)
