I will NEVER take Burkett unless they play the Tigers and i went against him in his last start a game in which alot of people here had him and i stated then that he always has that 1 or 2 innings that kill him and he did that night too plus Texas has a good young pitcher going and their bats are red hot with Everett coming back to Fenway as probably the hottest hitter in the game right now so with Burky pitching and the Texas offense i think the big dog price is a good gamble and as far as the total goes it is supposed to rain on and off all week and if they get 9 innings in you might be all set with the over but it could be a cool wet night which would scare me a little.

Glavine wishes that he either A stayed in Atlanta or B came home to Boston and you can bet your ass he isn't happy with the Mets and until they stop averaging 12 errors a game they won't sweep anybody.......very poor ball team especially with that payroll!
