To me a GOY is supposed to win very easily.
Therefore, I think the best thing to do if someone has one is to give it out right away with a suggestion that one might want to wait until later in the week to actually bet it if the person thinks the line will move favorably.

Anyone who does this DOES NOT have a particular game in mind, but will research all the pay services and other cappers the rest of the week to come up with a play! Then if it wins, they'll be happy getting all the kudos. This is nothing more than trying to attract all the attention and put themselves in the limelight for a week! I've seen it 1000's of times all over the net!
