  • what week will the bears

    get respect????
    11?
    12?
    13?
    14?
    15?...........

    why?????
cuz they have 49 yards passsing???
imo the off caoch is smart, not calling plays that will force turnover and put them behind...The Bears wait to the other team makes a mistake.....They play field postion even on the opp 40 yrd line....They'lll beat up Ben this weekend, itll be interesting to see who makes a mistake 1st...

Someone said it best the other day. If the Bears offense can score two TD in a game it's going to be hard for any team to beat them. The thing is though, the Bears offense can't score and the first time the defense doesn't show up there done. To be honest, after seeing Orton last week I hope they play Grossman before the regular season is over. I think the Bears are getting respect, if there was a team like the Rams a few years ago in the NFC I could see them being overlooked but there is no team in the NFC that you can look at and say that's the team to beat. Although I think the media will start to jump on a overrated Seattle team.

I dont think Chicago can score more than 20 and Pgh can, even against this team.....I've liked Chicago every week but the NFC just doesn't compare to the AFC..

They won't get it from me period. They are not that good, sorry Bears fans. You can all talk them up as much as you want, remember 2001 dejavu. They will go nowhere in the playoffs. They have the 8th easiest schedule in the NFL and haven't beat a legitimate team, besides maybe Carolina all year.

Unfortunately, not until they make it to at least the NFC championship game. They have my respect, but I have always been defensive-minded. The vast majority is always anxious to believe in a glamorized offensive team whose defense crumbles down the stretch, while they don't believe in a powerful defense who struggles to light up the scoreboard.

Is it the Baers fault that the Packers utterly SUCK this year. Its the NFL you don't know who is going to be good year in and year out. Its not exactly like Seattle or Jacksonville have played murders row and I don't see anyone questioning their legitimacy.
