Weather report is accurate, all except for the start time. News casters talking start times of 1PM, snow doesn't start until after 6?

It just goes to show that logic can't be use most of the time in capping sporting events.
All I heard all day is Seattle can't play in snow and that therefore Phil covers and that of course game will go under because of inclement weather conditions.
