  • Who will make the AFC playoffs??

    My guess is

    Denver
    New England
    Cincinnati
    Jacksonville
    Indianapolis
    Kansas City

Didn't quite make the cut: San Diego; Pittsburgh.

I believe the Chargers lose at KC, and Indy. Think the Chiefs are a great balanced team, and will go 3-1 in the remaining 4. Pitt is struggling, and will continue to struggle.

I go with SD over KC. I think they will beat them at Arrowhead. And depending on how CIN finishes, DEN may have 2 seed locked up when they go to SD Week 17.

I actually believe the Chiefs are a little better than SD. Chiefs are very very hard to beat at home, especially in December. I think KC would beat the Colts at home in December. I am actually alot more worried about KC playing at Dall and NYG than at home vs. SD or Cincy. I think if they can go 1-1 on the road games, they will go 2-0 at home.

Your not a homer are you? I'm sure you know what Kc's remaining schedule is? How many teams have the Cheifs beat with a winning record? Not knocking on you, just looking at the facts. I rode with you against Denver, but I'm looking to go against the Cheifs for the remainder of the year. You know the old saying "Don't bet with your heart"? Save your money!!

I know their remaining schedule. I know the Chiefs can protect their house, so I am not as worried about San Diego or Cincy as I am at Dallas and the Giants. Hell, the Chiefs had plenty of chances to beat SD in SD. They lost by 8, and they turned the ball over on downs what, 3 times in the redzone. Just think if they would have punched one of them in. They could have came back and won. In my opinion SD is no better than the Chiefs, and the Chiefs will handle them in Arrowhead. Im just waiting for a line to come up under 3 because the books are dipshits and pound the Chiefs. If KC beats either the Giants or Cowboys on the road, they will win their remaining two games and make it to the playoffs. How long has it been since KC has lost a home game in December?? A long fucking time. It is hard to play in Arrowhead. Hell, when I go to the games there, I can't even hear myself think. lol I can't imagine what the players are thinking.

I was at the game in Arrowhead last year when SD beat the Cheifs. I don't think it was December, but it was cold as hell. What is it that the cheifs have that's so much better then the Chargers? My opinion only, the Bolts have the better QB, RB, TE, D-Line, D-backs. If you remember in the earlier game, the Cheifs gained all their yards when SD went to a prevent in the fourth quarter. The game was never in doubt and not as close as the score would indicate. I would expect this to be a close game, but definatly not an automatic win for the Cheifs.
Just keep those 10*'s winning and maybe I'll look you up when the Chargers play at Arrowhead.

Tough finish for KC. On the road vs 2 teams (Dallas and Giants) fighting for the playoffs. Then come home to face SD and Cincy. It wouldn't surprise me if KC loses the rest of their games.

Brees is a great QB, but I definetly wouldn't say he is better than Green. Green is 7th all time right now in passer rating. In my opinion is a great QB. As for running backs, yes LT is fucking awesome. He gots the moves that make you say "how did he do that". He is probably the best back right now. However, Larry Johnson is kicking ass and taking names! How many rushing yards did he get against the NFL's best rushing D? In the games that Larry Johnson has started, he is #1 in I believe every category. He is very powerful. Gates is one helluva tight end. However, so is Tony Gonzalez. The reason Tony hasn't made as many catches this year as in years in the past is because with Roaf and them out earlier, alot of his assignments were blocking, not receiving. In my opinion the Chiefs also have the better offensive line, and a great run D as well. If the Chargers are going to beat the Chiefs, they better not let KC grab an early lead. I think the KC team is way more talented than in years past. They are finally getting a half way decent D, and their offense is clicking right now.

I think San Diego gets in over KC. I also think SD gives Indy there one and only loss. Unfortunately I think the Jags get in although I see Pitt and KC as better teams than the Jags when all parts are healthy

                          Pats

                          Indy
                          Jaguars
                          Denver

                          and

                          Steelers

The Steelers will run the table to end the season. They'll finish 11-5.

Don't forget the Steelers have the tie breaker over SD.

I do agree with you about the Jags Diesel. In my opinion the only reason they will get in is because of a cake schedule. They most likely lose to Indy next week, then possibly run the table the rest of the way.
