Tough loss last night on the Spurs but I am sure you have all heard enough of that. I did however come through on the Utah/LA game total going over. Regardless of how positive I am about any bet, I remind myself that I may not have any winnings at the end of a day. Helps keep me sane and motivated to get em back the next day. Hopefully thats what Ill do with todays picks so here I go :

Philly -2.5 over New Orleans

While the Hornets are at home here, the 76ers have delivered little to what they promised in the preseason. As a result and despite the home court advantage I see a couple of things happening in this 1. Watch for Iverson and Webber to assert themselves early and look for New Orleans to score 100+ for victory - a feat that they are yet to achieve.

Miami +4 @ Sacramento

Sacramento look the hot favs here but Im going for an upset. The Heat are coming off a 20+ victory over the Hawks. While this isnt a watershed victory, Zo was back amongst it and Williiams ran the PG with some purpose. Throw Wade into the mix and the Kings will have their hands full. Got a strong hunch on this and cant see Sac beating the line. Take this as a value bet!
