Today we like Kentucky +8 1/2 over Tennessee. The Wildcats are 7-5, 3-4 in the SEC, much improved over the 2-9 record they posted last season. Despite their terrible record, they only lost 38-35 to these Vols last year as 18 point underdogs at home. To show the improvement, Kentucky is only taking 8 1/2 in Tennessee. Battleship Lorenzen will keep the Cat offense afloat and the Cats will be game again today. Kentucky is not bowl eligible because of sanctions, so this IS their bowl and they will play like it. Tennessee cannot really help their bowl cause much, and will not be as hungry as the Cats today.
