Another loss for my first skid of the season. Worse than that, both losses I was WAY off picking favorites that lost outright. Ouch. I told myself when this season started I was going to stick with my reads regardless of ups and downs. Unfortunately, coming off a two game skid, my largest play of the season goes tonight:
4.4 UNITS to win 4 UNITS - San Antonio Spurs -2.5 (@ Dallas Mavericks)
The only team in the league I feel the Spurs should be this small of a favorite against is the Detroit Pistons. Usually, this fact would cause me to make a standard 2 unit play here. The problem is, this is also a revenge game for the Spurs who were blown out by (the far inferior) Mavericks in San Antonio.
