A nice outright win by the Nets last night. I know Carmelo went down with an injury in the first, but I still believe the Nets would have covered (though they may not have won) had he been able to play the whole game. Only a small play tonight:

1.1 UNITS to win 1 UNIT - Minnesota Timberwolves -3.5 (vs. LA Clippers)

I just don't love betting against players who want to stick it to a to a former team. I just feel that the Clippers are still being a bit overvalued due to their strong start (against a mediocre schedule). It certainly doesn't hurt that the Clippers have had a very hard time in recent years winning at Minnesota. Good luck to everyone.

Quick question for you. I am not that strong with NBA, till second half of the season where my capping seems to be stronger.

In this particular game Minn/LA Clip, I have determined the under 189 as a strong bet. Can I get your thoughts on this, thanks.

I am generally awful with totals in the NBA. I haven't even tried this season because of my poor history with them. That being said, I would agree with your play on the under as I expect this to be a defensive game.
