  • Info on Wis/Hawaii football game!!!

I just heard a report that the game is going to be officiated by Pac-10 referees. Now why is this big you ask, well in Hawaii's 2 wins vs big ten teams( Northwestern and Michigan St) there was a HUGE difference in penalties called in Hawaii's favor. Alot on big plays that favored Hawaii.

I like Wisconsin more yet now!!!! Calhoun runs wild baby!!!!
Get the best line possible....or you can just gamble!

I'm sure PAC 10 refs aren't that much more expensive than the WACs. Fair market value I suspect. LOL

Hawaii has never beaten anybody at home. It's always the travel, time zone changes, Waikiki, refs, and now cramps (see Michigan St. basketball) as an excuse for losing. Bring on the outside officials. What are they going to complain about when they lose? Stay tuned.

In fact, Hawaii has benefited from homer calls from WAC officials the last three years. In 2002, the game ended in a debacle with Cincinnati coaches insisting every call went against them down the stretch.

It is common (but not always) in college football that non conference games be officiated by a crew from the road team but Hawaii has always been exempted from that. Wisconsin this year insisted on neutral refs as part of their contract---a deal that was cut two years ago. I've played a few hawaii bets at home over the years but the operation out there is low class----creeps like June Jones and Jerry Glanville running the team, numerous penalties for personal fouls, passing with 50 point leads, etc.

line has me scratching my head though. hawaii's only wins against the worst teams in the nation while wisc, although no world beater, is ranked and in the big ten. two losses in a row scare you but this line should be much higher and they don't give out free money in vegas so i'm a little wary.....

i think i'll wait for that guy "moneymike", who came in and gave the "free" NE AND OVER parlay as his first post while touting his service last weekend, to come back and tell me which way to go on this one....lol

Let's not forget how Mich St. got f...ed over last season. Allowed them to play first half then hammered with penalties in critical situations in the second half. shady shit when playing in Hawaii.

Boo hoo hoo. With the crying going on its like kindergarden here. Bottom line is that good teams will find a way to win. Everytime a team comes over to paradise and loses, its the tourist thing, or the refs, or the spoiled poi. Whatever. If Hawaii goes to Wisconsin and gets throttled, then we can say that "there was no rice there, only potatos"! With the way Northwestern passed the ball all over Wisconsin, the over is the play here. Wisconsin will run the ball down UH's throat and Hawaii will throw it all over the field. Should be another 51-48 game.

Spoiled poi. That is funny stuff. Brings back memories of eating kula pig and poi at lua... (can't remember how to it) in maui. Good times.
