Question - What time a game actually tips off at

Is there a web site that shows the actual time a game tipped off at?
Thanks

Good question.
I have often wondered, exactly how many people are sitting in their seats when a game began or what the exact temperature is.
Important info for capping purposes.

Each game has a scheduled tipoff time. Some games tipoff on schedule and some don't.

I'm interested if a wager got in before tipoff.

Most off shore books take the game off the board at the scheduled game time. Some might give a minute or two extra time. I've gotten bets in shortly after games have started.
