i agree. Ask homer i'm down to betting 1 or 3 games per week for small amounts now. Yet i still go 0-2, 0-1,1-2 and so on. i cant even win like $100 for the week. its real bad

I know that rule all to well. But somehow havent had it sink all the way in. Chased on Saturday nite and went 1-3, giving him more of my money. Ever noticed when your down and you try and get it back it never works. How come that is. I cannot remember any time when i was down and really needed a game that i won it. 3 straight bad weeks

i actually had a good weekend. went 6-3 on Saturday, and 3-2 on Sunday, only losing small plays.

I know what you mean though, seems like everyone is in a funk right now. That's the nature of this beast though, it'll turn around, it always does!

You lose it because. When your chasing it is scared money. You don't think right and cap the games wrong. Looking for a for sure winner. And there isn't any for sure winners out there.

Ive been in a funk the last 3 weeks.. I play what the books need 95 % of the time last 3weeks been rough Im up about a dime for the year.

I screwed myself last week by chasing...i was down about 800 i told myself i was going to bet 2 games for 200 each if i split i was going to be done for the week and if i won both i would bet 2 more. I took clemson over fsu and won and i took the oklahoma under, before those games were over i already decided i was going to take iowa over wisconsin and lsu over bama if i won the 2 early games. I split the 2 early ones and didnt bet the other 2 and of course iowa and lsu covered so i could have went 3-1. Needless to say i was pissed so i bet 2 games that sunday and got buried.

Tough weekend for me too....Owe my guy $500. First time in six months. I chased at the end this weekend.

I played a moneyline parlay, which I posted, with the Nuggets and Lakers last night and tried to lighten the damage.

The Lakers lose outright to the Bulls. The Bulls are 1 and 42 on their circus road trip. Now they are 2 and 42 thanks to my bet. No way the Lakers should lose that game at home.

But you're right, that is scared money. Scared money, usually bets a favorite in hopes of trying to get it all back. The favorite doesn't cover and you're ass out!

It's been a frustrating start in the NBA for me. In 4 months of posting my games at BC I don't recall the bad luck that I've had in 3 weeks this season. In the end it evens out.
