I have lived in Columbus for 4 years. Formerly from Pittsburgh.
I have never seen a town like this go so nuts over College football. I have watched every game this year and Ohio State by far has a better team. I believe the key to this game will be special teams and that edge for sure goes to OSU.
Keep in mind I am not an OSU fan--I just believe they have a better team.

Michigan St. +8.5
Under 52.5 Missouri-K-State
Oklahoma +7.5
