Frank-Nor thcoast is notorious for that. I can remember sometimes when they or one of the services on his Community Line go on on a winning streak, Phil will talk about all of the winners and say that the only losers lost by just a point or two. He NEVER says that within the winning streak, soem of those wins were extremely lucky and/or covered at the buzzer;as usual it is a one way street with him.
